Before you confirm your booking
we'll give you a detailed costing for a weekend or longer holiday tailored to match your requirements.

Step 1  Tell us what you'd like to do or specify a budget
by sending the Price Check Form or calling 020 7792 1188

Step 2  We'll give you a costing based on where you want to go, when and for how long or some suggestions to give maximum value within your budget.

Step 3  When you are happy and decide to confirm
we'll ask you to pay a deposit of £200/person* and
send us a signed and completed Booking Form.

* A higher deposit may be required for some hotels, flights or services - and within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is due.
For payment by credit card there is a service charge of 2% on amounts over £200, but no charge for payment by debit or switch card.

Step 4  After payment and receiving the booking form
we'll send you a Confirmation Invoice with details of the accommodation, travel arrangements and any other services you have requested.
